You are so right on. This topic is near to my heart too. In fact, I recently had a book published on the subject, Breaking the Cover Girl Mask: Toss Out Toxic Thoughts. I pray every woman battling negative thoughts and toxic emotions would accept the Savior’s healing. The journey is so worth it! Blessings!

Hi Dianne! Thanks so much for reading! I love how you put it: don't agonize over your issues, instead accept God's grace and his righteousness. If you can get your hands on a copy, I highly recommend "Tired of Trying to Measure Up" by Jeff VanVonderen. Here's the link: http://bit.ly/4I4n3r. And a brief description of the book: "This is a message to help you unmask the lies that keep you on the works treadmill and to help you discover the liberation of the gospel of grace in Jesus Christ and the rest that comes through the cross. When there's more emphasis on doing right than knowing God and His grace, this book points the way to freedom." When you really know your new identity, that you are already complete in Christ, the good and perfect fruit blooms and you experience more and more freedom from the bad fruit. Best wishes!

Thank you so much for sharing about this topic, I have been wrestling and agonizing over this for a long period of time now, leaving me miserable and without hope with regard to my situation, chasing something that will never fulfull me - trying to make myself whole. What I got out of this blog is accepting your faults , not agonise over, instead accept God's grace and put on his righteous.
So thank you very much:)
